Welcome to Sivido. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Sivido is a technology platform that connects private car owners (Users) with professional drivers (Drivers).

  • The Platform: We do not provide transportation services; we are a facilitator.
  • The Contract: The service agreement for driving is strictly between the User and the Driver.

2. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY AND VERIFICATION

To ensure safety, Drivers must undergo a verification process.

  • Documentation: Drivers must upload a valid Driving License, background check certificates, and identification as required by local law.
  • Accuracy: Drivers warrant that all uploaded documents are authentic. Sivido reserves the right to suspend accounts if documents are found to be forged or expired.
  • No Guarantee: While we verify documents, Sivido does not guarantee the Driver’s conduct or skill level.

3. BOOKING AND RIDE ACCEPTANCE

  • Admin Forwarding: Ride requests may be assigned or forwarded by the Admin based on proximity and availability.
  • Driver Autonomy: Drivers have the right to accept or decline ride requests based on their convenience.
  • Cancellations: Both Users and Drivers may be subject to cancellation fees if a ride is cancelled after a specific timeframe.

4. PAYMENTS AND WALLET

Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed via a third-party payment gateway. By using the app, you agree to their terms.

In-App Wallet:

  • Users may maintain a balance for seamless booking.
  • Drivers will receive earnings in their wallet, which can be withdrawn to a linked bank account.

Service Fees: Sivido deducts a commission/service fee from each completed ride before the remaining balance is credited to the Driver.

5. RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITIES

6. INSURANCE AND DAMAGES

  • Primary Insurance: The User acknowledges that their personal vehicle insurance is the primary coverage for any incidents.
  • Third-Party Liability: The Driver is responsible for any fines or penalties incurred due to traffic violations committed during the service period.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

Users and Drivers agree to treat each other with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or illegal activities will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the platform.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
