• Government Records: For Drivers, we collect government-issued IDs, driver’s licenses, and vehicle-related permits.
• Financial Data: Payment details are processed via secure gateways; we may store wallet balances and transaction histories.
• Usage Data: Details of the rides booked, timestamps, and communication logs between drivers and users.

2. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION & SECURITY

The safety of our community is paramount. For Drivers, the verification process involves:

• Handling: Documents such as driver’s licenses and background check papers are uploaded via secure, encrypted channels.
• Storage: These documents are stored on secure servers with restricted access. This data is used solely to verify eligibility and comply with local transportation regulations.
• Retention: Verification data is retained for as long as the account is active and for a mandatory period thereafter as required by law.

3. LOCATION TRACKING (GPS)

The App requires access to location data to function effectively.

• Drivers:
  • Requires "Always On" (Background) location access.
  • Enables Admin ride assignment based on proximity and real-time tracking once a ride is accepted, even when the app is minimized.
• Customers:
  • Uses "While Using" location access to set pickup points and provide accurate ETAs.
• Purpose:
  • Location tracking is essential for safety, calculating trip distances, and ensuring accurate billing through the payment gateway.

4. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

We do not sell your personal data. However, we may share information with trusted partners to facilitate our services:

• Map Service Providers: Services such as Google Maps API are used for navigation and routing. GPS coordinates may be shared for route calculation.
• Payment Gateways: Payment information is shared with PCI-compliant processors to handle transactions and in-app wallet services.
• Safety & Legal Compliance: Information may be shared with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law or during safety-related incidents.
